West Village Apartment

This bright, modern micro apartment makes just 225 square feet of space feel like you are living large. Located in the back of a cramped, decaying townhouse, the apartment underwent a gut renovation that took advantage of every nook and cranny. The sleek, custom-lacquered and Corian-clad kitchen offers the usual full-service features in a very compact package.

The minimal amount of space was maximized with a clever, custom storage wall that hides a series of retractable necessities, including a full-size Murphy bed, dining table, home office, wardrobe, various cubbies, and more. Comfort without the clutter.

The bathroom's simple, clean lines and soothing white, black, and gray stone create a sense of luxury despite its diminutive size.
